ONE year!

WOW!  Am I REALLY a Mom to a ONE year old precious boy?!?!  The past year went SO fast!  It has been the best year of my life, and I look forward to watching my boy grow but already miss my little baby.  Brantley is so independent already, and he makes it known he is not a baby.

My boy was 6 pounds 9.4 ounces and 19.5 inches, today he is 20 pounds and 29.5 inches.  He is skinny and tall!  Not like his Mommy or Daddy (ok, like us as babies).

So, on January 26, 2013 we had Brantley's First Birthday Party!  It was so much fun!  We had his birthday party on his actual birthday since it fell on a Saturday.  So cool that his first birthday fell on a Saturday which is the perfect days for a party!  We had a party with family and a few friends.  We kept it simple and small.  It was so much fun to see everyone celebrating Brantley.  He had such a fun day!  Yes, some of our friends and family missed out on the fun, and we missed you if you couldn't attend.

 I still cant get over how much he has changed. I am loving being a Mommy and know it is truly the best thing ever! I am going to leave with our first family picture, and our family a year later!
